1. Splash face with lukewarm tap water to open pores and gently pat dry.
2. Apply evenly to face and neck, avoiding the delicate under eye area.
3. Take it easy! 10-15 minutes to yourself.
4. Apply midway during bath time and then rinse with tap water whilst in the bath, allowing for the mud minerals to also nourish your skin top to toe.
5. Rinse with water and pat dry.
